Kendall Watch meeting features support personnel

KENDALL --
The Monday evening meeting of KendallWatch on Jan. 11 will feature deputies from the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office, a counselor and other officials, to help residents deal with the recent murder-suicide in Peaceful Valley. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. at Kendall Elementary School Library. Resident Deputy Jason Karb and Deputy Cliff Langley will be on hand, as well as Kendra Christelli, of the Crisis Response Team - Support Officers in Community Care, which provides trained individuals to help with stressful situations. A representative and counselor from
Mt. Baker Junior High School will also be in attendance. There will be time set aside for a question and answer period.
